An intense half hour of sweaty cardio and toning up the whole body! Hiit is High Intensity Interval Training, think snappy combos to pumping tunes... rest then REPEAT! Guaranteed to burn calories and build muscles.
Legs Bums & Tums
A full body workout in a tasty bitesize 30 mins. Get ready to hit up all the key areas, focusing on strengthening, toning and sculpting. Sure there'll be some squats, some sit ups and maybe a balance or two - you give it your best and then we're on to the next!
